Kauf, Versand & Ablauf

Es freut mich sehr, dass du dich für eines meiner Werke interessierst. Jedes Bild ist ein handgefertigtes Original (Acryl auf Leinwand) und wird mit größter Sorgfalt für den Transport vorbereitet.

Hier findest du alle Informationen dazu, wie ein Werk sicher den Weg zu dir nach Hause findet.

1. Der Ablauf: So unkompliziert funktioniert es

Da Kunstwerke Unikate sind, läuft der Kauf bei mir über den persönlichen Kontakt. Das garantiert, dass wir alle Details optimal abstimmen können:

  • Anfrage senden: Wenn dir ein Werk gefällt, klicke einfach direkt unter dem Bild auf „INQUIRE“ (für eine E-Mail) oder auf „CALL“ (für einen Anruf).
  • Angebot erhalten: Ich melde mich zeitnah bei dir, um die Verfügbarkeit zu bestätigen und dir ein konkretes Angebot inklusive der passenden Versandoptionen für deine Region zu senden.
  • Kauf fixieren: Sobald wir alle Details geklärt haben, erhältst du von mir eine Bestätigung mit den Zahlungsinformationen.

2. Sichere Zahlungsmöglichkeiten

Deine Sicherheit und Bequemlichkeit stehen an erster Stelle. Du kannst zwischen folgenden Zahlungsarten wählen:

  • PayPal: Schnell, einfach und durch den PayPal-Käuferschutz abgesichert.
  • Banküberweisung (Vorkasse): Du erhältst meine Bankverbindung sicher und diskret nach der Kaufbestätigung per E-Mail (die Kontodaten sind nicht öffentlich auf der Website einsehbar).
  • Barzahlung oder Echtzeit-Überweisung: Bei einer persönlichen Abholung in meinem Atelier in Wien.

3. Schutzverpackung & Versandkosten

Da Kunstwerke sensibel sind, überlasse ich beim Transport nichts dem Zufall:

  • Spezialverpackung: Jedes Bild wird von mir persönlich in eine mehrlagige, stoßfeste Kunst-Schutzverpackung gehüllt. Die Ecken und Oberflächen werden separat gesichert, damit die Struktur der Acrylfarbe perfekt geschützt bleibt.
  • Versicherter Versand: Der Versand erfolgt ausschließlich als versichertes Paket mit Sendungsverfolgung. So kannst du jederzeit sehen, wo sich dein Bild gerade befindet.
  • Versandkosten im Überblick:
    • Österreich: € 15,–
    • Deutschland & restliche EU: € 35,– (Hinweis: Bei sehr großen Formaten über 60x80cm können die Kosten speditionshalber leicht abweichen, das teile ich dir vorab im Angebot mit).
    • International (z. B. USA, Schweiz, UK): Versand auf Anfrage möglich. Ich ermittle gerne die tagesaktuellen Transportkosten für dein Wunschland. Wichtiger Hinweis: Bei Lieferungen in das Nicht-EU-Ausland können zusätzliche Zölle, Steuern und Einfuhrgebühren anfallen. Diese sind vom Käufer zu tragen und werden von den örtlichen Behörden erhoben.
  • Lieferzeiten: Nach Zahlungseingang wird dein Werk innerhalb von 2–4 Werktagen an den Versanddienstleister übergeben. Der Versand innerhalb Österreichs dauert meist 1–3 Werktage, nach Deutschland und in die restliche EU ca. 3–5 Werktage.

4. Atelierbesuch & Abholung in Wien

Du lebst in Wien oder bist zu Besuch? Du bist herzlich eingeladen, mich nach vorheriger Terminvereinbarung in meinem Atelier zu besuchen.

  • Werke live erleben: Abstrakte Kunst und ihre feinen Texturen wirken live oft noch einmal ganz anders. Schau dir deine Favoriten in Ruhe vor Ort an.
  • Direktmitnahme: Du kannst dein ausgewähltes Werk direkt vor Ort bezahlen und sofort mitnehmen – ganz ohne Versandkosten und Wartezeit.

5. Rückgaberecht & Ausnahmen

Mir ist es wichtig, dass dein neues Kunstwerk perfekt in deine Räumlichkeiten passt. Sollte ein Bild zu Hause doch einmal nicht so wirken wie erhofft, gilt für Privatkunden folgende Regelung:

  • 14 Tage Bedenkzeit: Du kannst das Werk innerhalb von 14 Tagen ab Erhalt unbeschadet und transportsicher verpackt an mich zurücksenden. Sobald das Bild im Originalzustand wieder bei mir eingetroffen ist, erstatte ich dir den Kaufpreis des Kunstwerks.
  • Rücksendekosten: Die Kosten sowie das Transportrisiko für den Rückversand sind vom Käufer zu tragen.
  • Ausnahme für Auftragsarbeiten: Das gesetzliche Rückgaberecht gilt ausschließlich für fertige Werke aus meinem bestehenden Portfolio. Individuelle Auftragsarbeiten (Bilder, die speziell nach deinen persönlichen Farb- und Maßwünschen angefertigt wurden) sind von der Rückgabe und dem Umtausch komplett ausgeschlossen.

1. The Process: Simple & Straightforward

Since art pieces are unique originals, purchasing is done through direct personal contact. This ensures that we can perfectly coordinate all the details:

  • Send an Inquiry: If you like a piece, simply click “INQUIRE” (to send an email) or “CALL” directly below the image.
  • Receive an Offer: I will get back to you shortly to confirm availability and send you a specific offer, including the best shipping options for your location.
  • Finalize the Purchase: Once we’ve sorted out all the details, you will receive a confirmation email with the payment information.

2. Secure Payment Options

Your security and convenience are my top priorities. You can choose from the following payment methods:

  • PayPal: Fast, easy, and fully covered by PayPal Buyer Protection.
  • Bank Transfer (Advance Payment): You will receive my bank details securely and discreetly via email once the purchase is confirmed (account data is not listed publicly on the website).
  • Cash or Instant Bank Transfer: Available if you choose to pick up your artwork in person at my studio in Vienna.

3. Protective Packaging & Shipping Costs

Because artworks are delicate, I leave nothing to chance during transport:

  • Specialist Packaging: Every painting is personally wrapped by me in multiple layers of shock-absorbent, protective art packaging. Corners and surfaces are secured separately to keep the texture of the acrylic paint perfectly safe.
  • Insured Shipping: All shipments are sent exclusively as insured packages with a tracking number, so you can see exactly where your painting is at any time.
  • Shipping Costs at a Glance:
    • Austria: €15.–
    • Germany & Rest of EU: €35.– (Please note: For very large formats exceeding 60x80cm, shipping costs may vary slightly due to courier requirements. I will inform you about this in advance in your offer).
    • International (e.g., USA, Switzerland, UK): Shipping is available upon request. I am happy to look up the current daily rates for your country. Important Note: Deliveries to countries outside the EU may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are levied by local authorities.
  • Delivery Times: Once payment is received, your artwork will be handed over to the courier within 2–4 business days. Shipping within Austria usually takes 1–3 business days, while delivery to Germany and the rest of the EU takes about 3–5 business days.

4. Studio Visits & Local Pickup in Vienna

Do you live in Vienna or happen to be visiting? You are warmly welcome to visit my studio by appointment.

  • Experience Art Live: Abstract art and its subtle textures often look completely different in person. Take your time to view your favorite pieces live.
  • Direct Pickup: You can pay for your selected piece on-site and take it home with you immediately – saving you any shipping costs and waiting time.

5. Return Policy & Exceptions

It is very important to me that your new artwork fits your space perfectly. If a painting doesn’t quite have the effect you hoped for at home, the following policy applies to private buyers:

  • 14-Day Return Window: You can return the artwork within 14 days of receipt, provided it is undamaged and packed securely for transport. As soon as the painting arrives back in its original condition, I will refund the purchase price of the artwork.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The costs and transport risk for the return shipment are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Exception for Commissioned Works: The return policy applies exclusively to finished works from my existing portfolio. Custom commissions (paintings created specifically according to your personal color and size requests) are completely excluded from returns or exchanges.
